We are looking for a Customer Advocacy Marketer to showcase all of the incredible contract transformation stories within our Ironclad customer base. Your role is crucial to building a marketing program that focuses on championing our customers’ success through creative storytelling, marketing campaigns, events, social media, internal enablement, in addition to being the evangelist of our customers success internally to Ironclad.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a customer evidence strategy that develops stories across industries, sales segments, and different company needs (events, speaking opps, webinars, social, sales collateral, etc.).
    • Organize and maintain customer evidence repository.
    • Identify new opportunities for customer evidence through refined processes with customer-facing teams.
    • Content/asset creation - define what a good customer story sounds like, develop templates for scalable, repeatable customer evidence asset creation.
    • Internal enablement and dissemination - develop regular communication systems and processes for sharing customer success stories internally.
    • Develop and manage an official external reference program for Sales.
    • Partner with our product team to create a community-focused program of beta testers to expedite product development.
    • Partner with our lifecycle marketing team on developing customer audiences (segmented by title/role, industry, company size, product usage, etc.) and managing customer communications across departments.

Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience working directly with B2B SaaS customers.
    • Understands the customer journey and purchasing process for enterprise software buyers.
    • Excellent verbal and written communicator.
    • Creative storyteller that is comfortable writing your own copy.
    • Exceptional organization skills with a passion for being prepared and pays attention to all the details.
    • Enjoys and thrives in cross-functional and collaborative working environments.
    • Motivated by building strong relationships with a diverse group of people.
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
    • Comfortable challenging the status quo and experimenting with innovative new frameworks and strategies for continual improvement in quality and meaningfulness of the Ironclad Community.
    • Bonus points if you're an exceptional event planner, have a content or customer marketing background, and/or are a meticulous project manager, capable of managing many moving parts and people.
