Irvine Clinical Research, a research site specializing in neurology and psychiatry clinical trials, is hiring a Medical Assistant. They will provide medical support to our team of physicians, psychologists, and research coordinators.
Job Duties
- Warmly greet and assist patients at the front and back office
- Perform blood draws (venipuncture) safely and effectively
- Process laboratory samples accurately
- Assist with EKGs, vital signs, and other procedures as needed
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Travel to affiliated clinic as required
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and social skills in spoken and written English
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks with precision
- Experience and skill in phlebotomy
$25 - $25 an hour
Hours and Compensation
This is a full-time employment position based in-person at our clinic in the Alzheimer’s Orange County building in Irvine.
The starting compensation for the role is $25/hr (approximately $52,000 per year). Depending on job performance, there is a possibility for growth.
