At ispace, We’re seeking an experienced IT manager who has communication and technological skills to help us build out processes for software development and missions environments. This person will analyze current systems and assets, recommend, and implement solutions and upgrades, and provide training. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of AWS, network maintenance, DevOps, experience as a manager, and advanced industry knowledge to keep us on the cutting edge. The IT manager will have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our operations and a long-term impact on our overall growth.

Key Responsibilities
- オペレーティングシステム、セキュリティツール、アプリケーション、サーバーなど、必要不可欠なITインフラを維持管理する。
- より大きなビジネスイニシアチブの中で、プロジェクトやソリューションに責任を持つ。
- 目標を達成するために、ローカルおよびグローバルレベルで働く。
- ビジネスクリティカルなITタスクやシステム管理を行う。
- コンプライアンス、ガバナンス、セキュリティ管理が適用されていることを確認する。
- ハードウェアとソフトウェアの在庫管理
- 会社の戦略策定
- プロセス、テクノロジー、ベンダーを継続的に分析し、改善点を見つける。
- アップグレードが必要な場合は費用対効果の分析を行い、ベンダーがビジネスニーズに対して最高のサービスと価値を提供しているか監視する。
- リスク管理コントロールと改善計画の維持
- 災害計画の策定と実行、データバックアップの維持
- Maintain essential IT infrastructure, Operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, etc.
- Take responsibility for projects and solutions within the larger business initiative.
- Working at local and global levels to achieve goals.
- Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration.
- Ensure Compliance, Governance and Security controls are applied.
- Track and maintain hardware and software inventory
- Develop strategies for the company.
- Analyze processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement.
- Prepare cost–benefit analyses when upgrades are necessary, and monitor vendors to ensure that they’re offering the best-possible service and value for business needs
- Maintain Risk Management controls and remediation plans
- Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience)
- 5年以上のITマネジメント経験
- プログラミング言語およびAWSクラウド技術に関する深い知識
- CI/CDツールとDevOpsの理解

- Five or more years of experience in IT management
- Deep knowledge of programming languages and AWS Cloud technologies.
- Understanding of CI/CD tools and DevOps
- Strong creative and analytical thinking
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience)

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
