**Position required native/advanced (JLPT N1) level Japanese due to large volume of external communications required.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment
- -Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for permanent roles across engineer and corporate domains.
- -Lead new hiring and contract renewal for temporary staff and interns, ensuring a strong pipeline of early talent and contingent workforce.
- -Tracking and reporting of all recruiting activities in ATS (LEVER) to ensure accurate metrics and reporting. Manage ATS for any updates and changes\
- Sourcing and hiring strategy
- -Build and implement a strong and scalable hiring process that supports business growth.
- -Strengthening direct sourcing strategies to reduce dependency on agencies and improve time-to-hire and cost-effectiveness.
- -Working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and find the right fit for their teams
- Process optimization and recruiting administrative
- -Make our recruitment process smoother and more efficient for candidates and internal stakeholders.
- -Handled HR administrative task such as extending offer letters, contracts and keeping the internal system up to date.
- Preboarding, visa and relocation support
- -Support new hire before they join, prepare documentation, relocation process and support visa application.
- -Lead the onboarding process, ensure smooth onboarding experience.
- Other recruiting related tasks.
- -Plan and conduct recruitment-related online and offline events.
- -Project management and delivery of a variety of recruitment projects.
Basic Qualifications
- Working experience as recruiter in HR department or as recruiting agent over 3 years
- Native/Business Japanese and English skill
- Experience of non-Japanese hiring and basic process understanding of visa
- Currently reside in Japan with valid working visa
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience of technical recruiting is preferred
- Experience of talent management/ talent development is preferred

- Japan HR team is formed by 9 people and there will be 2 people who is responsible for talent acquisition
