**Position required native/advanced (JLPT N1) level Japanese due to large volume of external communications required.

Key Responsibilities

    • End-to-end recruitment
    • -Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for permanent roles across engineer and corporate domains.
    • -Lead new hiring and contract renewal for temporary staff and interns, ensuring a strong pipeline of early talent and contingent workforce.
    • -Tracking and reporting of all recruiting activities in ATS (LEVER) to ensure accurate metrics and reporting. Manage ATS for any updates and changes\

    • Sourcing and hiring strategy
    • -Build and implement a strong and scalable hiring process that supports business growth.
    • -Strengthening direct sourcing strategies to reduce dependency on agencies and improve time-to-hire and cost-effectiveness.
    • -Working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and find the right fit for their teams

    • Process optimization and recruiting administrative
    • -Make our recruitment process smoother and more efficient for candidates and internal stakeholders.
    • -Handled HR administrative task such as extending offer letters, contracts and keeping the internal system up to date.

    • Preboarding, visa and relocation support
    • -Support new hire before they join, prepare documentation, relocation process and support visa application.
    • -Lead the onboarding process, ensure smooth onboarding experience.

    • Other recruiting related tasks.
    • -Plan and conduct recruitment-related online and offline events.
    • -Project management and delivery of a variety of recruitment projects.

Basic Qualifications

    • Working experience as recruiter in HR department or as recruiting agent over 3 years
    • Native/Business Japanese and English skill
    • Experience of non-Japanese hiring and basic process understanding of visa
    • Currently reside in Japan with valid working visa

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience of technical recruiting is preferred
    • Experience of talent management/ talent development is preferred

    • Japan HR team is formed by 9 people and there will be 2 people who is responsible for talent acquisition
