We are seeking an ambitious performance marketing manager to execute and manage ongoing campaigns that are aligned with Italic's core brand. You will lead the charge in our go to market strategy and building awareness for our innovative business model. This is a fun and seriously challenging role for a well-organized and well-networked creative who likes working on big ideas. You will take ownership of communicating our story, product, and company to consumers through our existing digital channels and iteratively test through new channels.


    • 4+ years of experience in marketing at a consumer-facing brand, app, or agency
    • Deep passion for commerce
    • Strong opinions on design, copy, and a clear style and creative aesthetic that aligns with the Italic brand
    • Strong network of other marketing, creative, or growth professionals to lean on or call in for projects
    • Good negotiation skills preferred
    • Excellent project management abilities and experience working with external freelancers or agencies
    • Scrappy mentality and ability to get a lot done with a small budget


    • Develop and execute a strategy to build Italic's brand awareness and consideration across multiple channels
    • Engage our influencer ambassadors and manage our growing community
    • Monitor the efficacy of our brand and conversion marketing campaigns to make future adjustments and iterations
    • Help design email flows, paid social, and affiliate campaigns that drive high open rates, click-throughs, and a great member experience
    • Analyze test results, develop new segments, and work alongside the rest of the performance marketing team to improve KPIs
    • Adjust our email marketing efforts to be synchronized with the rest of our retention marketing efforts
    • Work with the brand and communication teams on writing that fits our brand-voice and strategy, but optimized for conversion
    • Oversee our performance marketing strategy, campaign structure, paid media optimizations, budgets, KPI's and execute early implementation
    • Constantly iterate and test new ads, creatives, and channels to continually improve creative library, landing pages, and strategies
    • Keep a detailed record of campaigns and how they're driving our key business metrics such as LTV, repeat-purchases, and CAC
    • Build effective working relationships with agencies and vendors and provide direction in executing campaigns
