The FP&A Analyst is a key role supporting the business through regular budgeting, forecasting and business partnering. You’ll be working with the CFO, Financial Controller and Leadership team to own and manage our forecasting process tying together commercial KPI performance and cost drivers from all functions in the business. Ensuring we have an accurate forecast of revenues, costs and cash flows at all times

What we absolutely need you to do:

    • Help drive the company strategy and forecasting processes aiding key business stakeholders throughout the process.
    • Liaise with senior management in understanding chapter and product forecast.
    • Own, in collaboration with the Financial Accountant, the preparation of monthly financial reporting pack including: P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow whilst providing valued commentaries and variance analysis to the business.
    • Design, implement, and review forecasting templates and processes.
    • Liaise with Business Analytics team to embed financial and company metrics and influence the business.
    • Understand key drivers to variances in people costs and business expenses with consideration of their future impact on our product portfolio.
    • Ad hoc non-financial analysis to discover trends and insights in growth, hires and business performance.
    • Working closely with our BA team to get stuck into our data stack (Snowflake, SQL)

Ticket to play:

    • You must be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified with experience in a similar role
    • Be an analytical pro - there will be plenty of opportunities available if you learn more about the business.
    • To be an Excel Master – experience working with Pivot and VLOOKUP is considered intermediate.
    • Use organisational development understanding to push forward the finance function by providing world class insights and information to senior management
    • You will also have experience of supervising a small team of account assistants.
