We’re proud of the culture and success  we already have, and our Education Services Fulfillment division is hiring a Program Services Coordinator for a fully remote position reporting to the Staffing Team Lead.

Using the  iTutors database of educators to match teachers to assignments based on their certifications, skills, and availability and program requirements.
Work closely with various teams within iTutor to ensure seamless communication and superior customer service to our partners
Serve as liaison to program admins for enrolling new students for services
Schedule and participate in “kick-off” calls with school programs
Set clear expectations and instruction for our school partners to ensure smooth Oversee operational system workflows, automation, and work toward greater efficiency
Ensure the accuracy of data input by our program admins into various systems
Set up student accounts and issue student video orientations
Create and maintain student groups/classes
Ensure programs are launched in a timely and accurate manner
Work with Program Coordinators to improve Student Participation
Create and issue usage and attendance reports
Maintain close relationships with program coordinators throughout term of services
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Special Programs staff resource(s)
Train new staff and further develop skills of existing staff
Assist with special/time-sensitive projects throughout the year as needed
Perform other duties as assigned.


BA/BS degree in Business or Education Administration 
1-2 years of related work experience in EdTech administrative support for new user software or services 
Interest in the education administration field
Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and resourceful problem-solver
Demonstrated ability to proactively manage multiple critical deadlines
Exceptional planning and logistic skills; ability to adapt to changing priorities
Willingness to take initiative and ownership of projects and problems
Skilled communicator, relationship builder, and collaborator
Strong interpersonal skills and polished professional presence
Tech-savvy; experience with G Suite and CRM systems, experience with Salesforce a plus
Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with some ambiguity
Must be available from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Time Zone 
The annual salary range for this role is $45,000-$55,000 based on experience.
