What does Jar do?

With seamless ease of use, we provide users the ability to withdraw their savings directly to their bank accounts as cash or receive physical gold, which is delivered right to their doorstep.

Furthermore, Jar empowers individuals with a flexible line of credit, starting at ₹1000, offering instant access to funds when needed. Amidst this transformative journey, Jar also offers contextual health insurance options, helping users safeguard their' savings from crippling financial emergencies.

Responsibilities

    • Creating comprehensive talent sourcing and recruitment strategies, leveraging internal and external resources in order to hire the best talent in the market.
    • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and performing initial level screening.
    • Maintaining relationships with the consultants/hiring partners and ensuring a robust candidate pipeline at all times.
    • Take ownership of the interview process and the candidate's experience.
    • Fulfilling order board requirements as per assigned targets.
    • Handling communication within the team and aiding in preparing schedules for recruitment activities and their execution.

Requirements

    • 1+ years of experience in recruitment, with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end hiring.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
    • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
    • Experience in Product, Design and Tech hiring
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Comfortable making decisions independently.
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines and targets.
