Hey, you’re probably wondering what Jetfuel is! It’s pretty simple, we connect advertisers with the most popular pages on Instagram and Snapchat—think meme accounts, travel accounts, dog accounts… you get it. Our network of influencers reaches over 1B followers on Instagram and over 100M impressions on Snapchat.

We're looking to hire a customer support rep with a weekend-offset schedule. This is a bit of a different support role where we work with our partners (Influencers) rather than paying customers—in fact, quite the opposite; we pay them.

We’re a small, tight-knit team where your contribution will have an immediate impact; there’s always a new project to work on and we need a human who’s up for the challenge. 

About The Role

    • Support: You'll be on the front line for communicating with our influencers; we currently do most of this through in-app chat, email and Instagram DMs (though we're hoping to expand this!).
    • Documentation: Help maintain and write new documentation on our help site (
    • Weekend shift: This role ideally operates on a full time schedule Sunday-Thursday
    • Experiment: We’re a small startup that moves quick; there’s always something new to work on! 

The Day To Day

    • Management of your personal queue to meet and exceed response deadlines.
    • Respond and find solutions to influencer issues
    • Review applications of new influencers
    • Provide a 5-star customer service experience with every interaction

About You

    • A quirky sense of humor
    • Weekend availability
    • Ability to quickly problem solve a wide swath of issues and get things done.
    • Ability to handle issues that are not on the job description as they arise
    • Multi-lingual is strong plus! 
    • Bonus: Previous customer service experience dealing with people within the 16-25 age bracket (Camp counselor anyone?)
