Position Overview
The Data Analyst will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across JETSET Pilates Franchising. This position requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, marketing campaign analysis, and operational optimization for our growing franchise network.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management and Analysis:Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliabilityTrack departmental KPI’s on a weekly/monthly and quarterly basisSupport company data dashboardDevelop and implement data analysis processes to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Financial Planning and Analysis:Support financial forecasting and budgeting processes through data-driven insightsConduct ad-hoc financial analyses to address specific business questionsCreate financial dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
- Marketing Campaigns Analysis:Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using relevant metricsAnalyze customer acquisition costs, retention rates, and lifetime valueProvide recommendations to optimize marketing spend and improve campaign performance
- Operational Analysis:Identify operational inefficiencies through data analysisSupport franchise performance evaluation with standardized metricsDevelop operational dashboards to monitor studio performance
- Reporting and Visualization:Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectivelyDesign and maintain BI dashboards for various stakeholdersPresent complex data in an accessible format for non-technical audiences
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with departments across the organization to understand their data needsTranslate business questions into analytical frameworksCommunicate insights and recommendations to drive business decisions
- Continuous Improvement:Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analyticsRecommend and implement improvements to data collection and analysis processesIdentify opportunities for automation and efficiency in reporting workflows

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Data Modeling: Experience building and maintaining data models
- Programming: Knowledge of Python, R, or similar programming languages is preferred
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in franchise, retail, or fitness industries is a plus
