Introduction to JETSET Pilates Franchising - At JETSET Pilates Franchising, we operate a franchise concept called JETSET Pilates, offering Modern Pilates classes and a range of fitness-related products, including apparel, beverages, merchandise, and accessories to our valued clients (B2C). As a franchisor, our company's core functions encompass franchise sales, marketing, training, and support (B2B). Our central business strategy revolves around maintaining a strong brand image and fostering excellent relationships with our franchisees and clients.

New Studio Openings Manager Overview - We are currently seeking a dynamic and talented New Studio Openings Manager (NSO Manager) to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our network's ongoing expansion and our brand's growth. Your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring the continued success of JETSET Pilates as we navigate the exciting landscape of the fitness and franchise industry. This role will be crucial in expanding our brand through oversight of new studio openings.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Coordination and Oversight:
- Lead the pre-opening phase of new studios in the specified region.
- Serve as POC for new franchisees and JETSET headquarters during the NSO process.
- Conduct weekly group training sessions and individual owner support calls
- Collaborate with Marketing, Training, and Franchise Business Managers (FBMs) as cross-functional stakeholders to support franchise owners during pre-opening phases.
- Coordinate with project managers and owner’s reps to ensure studio buildouts align with brand standards.
- Reduce friction for all parties throughout the process.
- Provide onsite Grand Opening support.

2. Vendor and Supplier Management:
- Act as the first point of contact between new franchisees and preferred vendors.
- Identify and evaluate vendor and supplier opportunities to enhance brand standards and reduce expenses.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Verify FF&E procurement with vendors, franchisees, and their respective project managers

3. Department Administrative Support
- Develop and continually update ClickUp and LMS process documentation.
- Responsible for system set-ups and account activations for new franchisees
- Maintain and update pre-opening checklists through document evolution.
- Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) renewal support.
- Maintain scheduling for pre-opening milestone meetings from Site Selection through Grand Opening.

5. Travel and Flexibility:
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to oversee new studio openings and support regional operations.
- Thrive in a rapidly evolving environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and adaptable to change.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Boutique Fitness and proficiency with MindBody
- Proven hands-on experience in customer service, hospitality, or service-based industries.
- Experience in training, mentoring, and motivating others.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for fitness, wellness, and the JETSET brand.
