Enthusiastic interns who are passionate about sports and fluent in Tamil to join our social media team. The role will focus on creating, curating, and managing engaging Tamil content for Star Sports’ social platforms during key sports seasons, including the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) and other major tournaments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and adapt engaging sports content in Tamil for social media platforms.
- Cover live matches (PKL, cricket, etc.) with timely posts, updates, and fan interactions.
- Localize content to suit Tamil-speaking audiences.
- Track trends, memes, and conversations to boost fan engagement.
- Collaborate with the central social media team, designers, and editors.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Tamil (written and spoken).
- Strong interest in sports, especially Kabaddi and Cricket.
- Active knowledge of social media platforms.
- Ability to work in Mumbai, including evenings/weekends during live matches and record contents with commentators.
