We are seeking a driven and client-focused Ad Sales Assistant Manager to manage and grow revenue across a portfolio of key accounts in the Premium Sports category. In this role, you will represent JioStar in the market, strengthen relationships with top advertisers and agencies, and deliver impactful TV and Digital advertising solutions. The position requires strong sales acumen, knowledge of the advertising ecosystem, and the ability to translate client needs into successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow revenue from a portfolio of key accounts in the Premium Sports category.
- Represent JioStar in the market, ensuring advertisers derive maximum value from our ad solutions.
- Stay updated on the broader TV & Digital ecosystem in India, monitoring industry trends, competitive activity, and innovations in ad tech & media.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline; ensure regular system updates and proactively flag potential challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client servicing.
- Strengthen long-term relationships with key decision-makers at brands and agencies — including media planners, brand managers, and agency partners.
- Identify upcoming campaign opportunities and recommend JioStar’s offerings to align with client marketing objectives.

Preferred Education & Experience
- MBA or equivalent qualification (Tier I/II institute preferred).
- 7–9 years of experience in sales, ad sales, or media sales.
- Prior exposure to FMCG, Consumer Tech, or E-commerce sectors preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and achieve sales targets.
