Job Summary:
As a Creative Communications (Copy) Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end writing of channel promos, show launches, brand films, and creative campaigns, working closely with the promo producers, editors, and marketing teams for our HGEC Channels.
About the team:
The team is responsible for developing launch and sustenance campaigns for the portfolio and generating and executing creative promos that break through popular culture. They are responsible for increasing brand awareness and improving content sampling on our channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize the pitch and peg of a new show bearing in mind objective, TG & consumer insights
- Ideate, script, and write high-impact promos, show teasers, launch campaigns, and packaging elements for Hindi fiction and non-fiction shows
- Take the concept forward to 360 degrees branding - on-air, print, radio, out-of-home, digital, merchandising
- Writing on-air-promos of sustenance shows as per the graph of the shows and the creative brief decided with programming
- Collaborate with the on-air promo team, marketing, and programming departments to align messaging with brand tone and show strategy

Preferred Education & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience as a copywriter or writing screenplays, storylines etc.
- Graduate and/ or P.G. in literature or Mass Communication
