Your key responsibilities

    • Own revenue targets for the Key Accounts in the LCS category for Premium Sports content’s ad solutions.
    • Act as JioStar’s ambassador in the market for the accounts you own.
    • Unlock the full potential of TV + Digital + On-ground sports solutions.
    • Build a deep understanding of JioStar’s Premium Sports catalog (cricket, kabaddi, etc.), the associated ad products, and the value they bring to brands.
    • Understand client objectives in depth and weave strong solution-oriented narratives that demonstrate the possibilities across platforms.
    • Leverage sports properties like Kabaddi and others for on-ground activation's in addition to branding, creating holistic client solutions.
    • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline; proactively highlight roadblocks and uphold high standards in sales processes.
    • Maximize revenue potential with each account by evangelizing JioStar as the premium destination for sports advertising.
    • Develop and maintain senior relationships across agencies and brands (CMOs, Brand Leads, Agency Heads), acting as a consultative partner to bring efficiencies and visibility to upcoming campaigns.

What you'l bring

    • 13 - 15 years of experience in Media Sales (TV, Digital, or Sports).
    • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically about client challenges.
    • Proven track record in relationship management across clients in the West region.
    • Strong knowledge of sports content and sponsorship ecosystems with ability to translate it into client-specific solutions.
    • Market-savvy with a keen eye for trends, the competitive landscape, and industry insights.
    • Strong negotiation and deal-closure skills with a history of delivering revenue growth.
    • Ability to create integrated media + activation solutions aligned with client objectives.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills for senior client engagements.
    • Collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with internal teams (content, marketing, ad ops, research) to deliver solutions.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
