JioHotstar Marketing team is seeking a Senior Manager – Content Marketing. Thisrolewillreportintothe head of content marketing for JioHotstar. We’re looking for an experienced content marketing professional who brings deep expertise in consumer focused title marketing combined with a sharp understanding of India’s OTT ecosystem. The ideal candidate is expected to inherently possess a deep passion for storytelling that strikes a chord with our diverse audiences & be excited by the opportunity to build and scale impactful marketing that places JioHotstar at the epicenter of India’s cultural conversations.  They will manage a team responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies for Hindi titles on our service so as to drive awareness, engagement and conversation that leads JioHotstar to be in the cultural zeitgeist. They will bring foundational strategic thinking & tactical excellence in equal measures through sharp, sophisticated, and innovative marketing. We’re looking for someone who can collaborate across multiple functions, bring in a keen sense of data orientation & delivering marketing campaigns that breakthrough.

    • Demonstrated track record of forging collaborative relationships internally & externally, especially with content & creative partners. You’re skilled at connecting the dots
    • Youhaveastrongpassionfor movies, web series & a wide array of content formats and understand the power of content to influence pop culture. You have a deepunderstanding ofthe entertainment landscape and media trends
    • You have a proven track record of working closely with internal / external teams & building impactful & culturally relevant creative campaigns (i.e. AV/trailers, digital/social, print/out-of-home and more)]
    • You are excited by the possibility of spearheading marketing campaigns that move business metrics in tangible way
    • You have a deep penchant for data & insights, and are not afraid to break away from conventional models by developing marketing measurement models that measure efficiency & effectiveness
    • You can effectively communicate to executives, showrunners, producers, talent and talent representatives as needed.
    • Experience in building consumer marketing campaigns, preferably at a streaming network or studio
    • Experience of managing a high volume of campaign types in parallel, identifying scale and efficiency, while collaborating with a diverse team.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, problem solving, facilitation, prioritization, decision making, analytical and conflict resolution skills
    • Experienced in ‘agency-brand’ relationship building, capable of shaping productive long-term relations with external partners by providing continuous feedback.

Preferred Education & Experience

    • MBA mandatory
    • Overall, 10-12 years of experience working with a social media agency + OTT background
