Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and driven professional to join our Agency South Team for Agency Sales. The role will focus on building strong relationships with planning and buying teams at media agencies (primarily mid to junior level points of contact) to drive the Cricket Digital and Long-Term Value (LTV) narrative.
The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring agencies are well-versed with our platform offerings, ad assets, and solutions, thereby translating conversations into meaningful business opportunities and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Agency Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with mid to junior level contacts within planning and buying teams at agencies.
- Regularly engage with agency stakeholders to strengthen visibility and trust in the platform.
- Drive outreach to generate new business discussions and leads.
- Effectively communicate the cricket digital proposition and long-term value (LTV) opportunities to agency teams.
- Ensure agencies are fully aware of the platform’s ad assets, inventory, and solution offerings.
- Position the platform as a preferred media partner for cricket and digital-first campaigns.
- Create and drive conversations that lead to incremental revenue and strategic opportunities.
- Support senior sales leaders in converting agency engagement into business impact.
- Identify gaps and opportunities within the agency ecosystem to expand share of wallet.
- Work closely with internal teams (strategy, pricing, operations) to ensure alignment on agency deliverables.
- Share regular updates, market intelligence, and feedback from agencies to inform overall sales strategy.

Qualifications & Experience
- 6 - 8 years of experience in media sales, agency partnerships, or client servicing.
- Strong understanding of the media and digital advertising ecosystem, preferably with exposure to sports/entertainment properties.
- Proven ability to engage and influence mid-level agency stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to business development.
