We are seeking a seasoned Associate Director of Ad Sales to spearhead revenue growth and strategic partnerships for JioStar’s Premium Sports content ad solutions. In this leadership role, you will own key client relationships, drive revenue objectives, and position JioStar as a premium destination for TV and Digital advertising. This role demands a deep understanding of India’s advertising ecosystem, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to influence market leaders across brands and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver revenue targets for key accounts in the LCS category for Premium Sports ad solutions.
- Represent JioStar in the market as a trusted ambassador for the accounts under your portfolio.
- Develop a strong understanding of India’s TV & Digital advertising ecosystem, track industry innovations, and align client needs with JioStar’s solutions.
- Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline with disciplined sales processes; proactively flag challenges and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive revenue maximization by evangelizing JioStar as a premium advertising partner across both TV & Digital spends.
- Build and strengthen senior-level relationships with CMOs, Brand Leads, and Agency Heads, serving as a thought partner to optimize campaign efficiencies.
- Gain direct visibility into upcoming campaigns and align JioStar’s offerings with client marketing objectives

Preferred Education & Experience
- MBA (Tier I/Tier II institute preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in sales, ad sales, or media sales
- 5–7 years of experience in brand/marketing roles within FMCG, Consumer Tech, or E-commerce sectors, with strong exposure to the digital ecosystem.
- Track record of managing large, strategic accounts and influencing senior stakeholders.
