We’re looking for a Regional Sales Performance Marketer who will be responsible for building and scaling our sales performance marketing offering in the region. This is a client-facing role that requires strong consultative selling skills and the ability to independently manage conversations with large and strategic clients. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to define go-to-market plans, drive adoption, and unlock new revenue streams beyond branding.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Own the performance charter for the South region and drive adoption of performance-led offerings across new and existing clients.
    • Engage directly with clients, particularly large and strategic (LCS-level) accounts, to understand business goals and recommend full-funnel media strategies.
    • Work closely with the sales team to support pitches and help integrate performance into brand discussions.
    • Collaborate with product and ops teams to provide client feedback, shape solution development, and ensure seamless execution.
    • Train and enable regional teams on performance capabilities, value proposition, and best practices.
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics, support optimization conversations, and contribute to building performance case studies.
    • Identify category-level and client-level trends to inform GTM strategy and unlock new revenue opportunities.
    • Serve as the regional performance expert, guiding strategic planning, client conversations, and growth efforts.

What you'll bring:

    • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, media sales, or performance-led advertising, with a proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes for clients.
    • Hands-on digital sales experience is a must, with exposure to large clients, agencies, and consultative selling.
    • Deep understanding of performance metrics and attribution models (e.g., CPA, CPL, ROAS, funnel KPIs) and the ability to link them to client business goals.
    • Strong grasp of ad tech, martech, and analytics platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, programmatic buying, performance dashboards, etc.).
    • Ability to craft and deliver full-funnel media solutions, integrating brand and performance objectives seamlessly.
    • Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management—working across sales, product, operations, and analytics teams.
    • Excellent client communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify data into clear, compelling business narratives.
    • A strategic yet hands-on mindset—comfortable leading discussions with CXOs while also diving into campaign data and optimizations.
