Job Summary:
We serve high quality content to millions of customers across millions of devices, all of which are constantly evolving and changing. The incumbent is responsible for creating and executing best practices in brand integrations in collaboration with various teams. This position is a revenue generation role and is responsible for solving clients’ brand-related problem statements through content led integrations.
About the team:
The Marketing team is responsible for driving viewer engagement and promoting Asianet channel's brand across multiple platforms. The team creates and executes marketing plans, such as campaigns for show launches, brand partnerships, and audience reach. They collaborate closely with the programming, creative communications, and digital marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximize reach. With a focus on regional markets and audience preferences, the team creates targeted promotions, media planning with ATL and marketing activation with BTL driving micro-marketing and on-ground activation, and digital strategies that enhance the channel's visibility. Their work assures a strong brand presence and fosters audience loyalty in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on client brief for fiction, non-fiction and events integrations.
- Provide ideas to suit the client brief in collaboration with the content team.
- Scripting of the integrations for client approval in collaboration with the copy writer.
- Ensuring execution of the integration as per the agreed script.
- Work on on-air special initiatives to build brand image.
- One point contact for all client requirement and queries through PRS.
- Guide and mentor, the team for optimal results.
- Developing best practices in brand integration
- Piece to camera vignettes from scripting to execution, co-ordination and delivering the end output.
Skills & Attributes for success:
- Eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines. High energy levels and go-getter attitude.
- Ability to deal with dynamic and fast paced internal & external environment.
- Wanting to ideate on briefs to provide customized solutions.
- Leverage relationships & is a capable networker.
- Should be adept at MS- Office tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work creatively and with flexibility in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high work standards.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- MBA or Postgraduate with 8-10 years’ work experience in a related role.
