JMA is looking for a Senior Director - Technical Solutions Sales to join our team in the Syracuse, NY area.

Responsibilities Include:
Manage a team (including Product Evangelists and Product Specialists) while be hands-on on Technical Solution Sales Support to support the KAM/Sales and Sales Engineers organization with product and solution expertise
Strategic presentation
Work with business team to identify new customers and to retain existing customers
Build a good relationship with key customers to efficiently execute assigned tasks
Product's competitive benchmarking
Demonstrate product functionality accurately and completely (4G and 5G RAN and Core, Cloud, Container, BSS, OSS, etc)
Technical RFP support and coordination between Sales and Technical Team
Technical Presentation
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic
Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities
Provide sales support expertise, conducts in-depth technical discussions with customer, propose solutions covering business requirements and present to Regions and Customers

Position Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT or Product Design required; Masters’ degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications preferred
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Technical Support
    • Experience in RFP/RFI response
    • Exemplary ability to solve problems and drive high-quality solutions
    • Capacity to manage multiple, competing priorities and talent to work in a fast-paced, high commitment environment
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
