The Opportunity

    • JMA Wireless is growing at a record pace! Our Early Talent Career Manager will be tasked with supporting that growth by building best-in-class partnerships with technical schools, trade schools & high schools, along with MBA & Undergraduate programs around the country.

You Will:

    • Build a talent pipeline for manufacturing and technical opportunities by establishing partnerships with vocational, technical & trade schools, high schools & apprenticeship programs.
    • Create lasting partnerships with MBA programs and develop a phenomenal talent pipeline for internships & full-time opportunities with JMA Wireless
    • Position JMA as an employer of choice to the talent marketplace by strengthening branding & marketing materials
    • Forecast future hiring needs to proactively hire talented individuals
    • Create a roadmap of University & student events using varied strategies including career fairs, networking events, classroom presentations & interview panels to drive engagement and JMA interactions
    • Develop job descriptions and identify JMA ambassadors to further promote opportunities
    • Host candidates throughout the entire interview & selection process to create and own exceptional candidate experiences
    • Build and maintain student network pipelines by leveraging numerous platforms to create strong sourcing infrastructure (Handshake, LinkedIn and other social media sites, targeted email campaigns)
    • Facilitate an experiential orientation & training program for new MBA’s, interns and their supervisors
