The Business Analyst, SAP will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our SAP Sales and Service Cloud offerings. The role is responsible for delivering scalable solutions to support our exponentially growing global business needs. The candidate will work closely with implementation partners, subject matter experts and product ownership teams to deliver the desired solutions. Candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, design, configuration, and testing the solutions. Candidate must be hands on as the primary responsibility is to build and maintain SAP C4C Sales and Service modules.

Position Responsibilities:

    • Act as a liaison between the IT department and the business process / system owners to drive process improvements and technology enhancements in a collaborative manner
    • Support all phases of the System-Development-Life-Cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, development, testing and implementation as well as the generation of required documentation throughout each phase
    • Collaborate with business units to understand, identify, and define requirements in alignment with business processes and actively identify & implement improvements
    • Actively participate in industry communities to continuously expand upon knowledge, identify areas of opportunity and improve the standards and awareness of the company’s SAP practices
    • Collaborate with other SAP Configurators and Developers to support defined requirements
    • Challenge current ways of work to drive system efficiencies and optimizations wherever possible to meet business demands
    • Work cross-functionally, influence, and communicate clearly with all levels of management in particular the sales and product line leadership teams

Required Skills & Experience:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related discipline is required
    • 5+ years of experience working with SAP modules in an analyst role is desired
    • A demonstrated understanding of financial business processes
    • Manufacturing experience preferred, including experience in production costing and discrete and repetitive processing
    • Ability to develop frameworks and solutions to questions and concepts
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple and changing priorities
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Understanding of SAP reporting structure is preferred.
