JMA is on the hunt for a talented and experienced director of sales for the EAST USA to lead our inbuilding wireless solutions sales efforts for both enterprise and wireless carriers. We need a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales. In this position, you will be responsible for meeting our annual sales targets within assigned regions and accounts. Your duties will include motivating your sales team, designing strategic sales plans, and assessing costs and competition. In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.   You and your team are responsible for sales of the following products to the enterprise verticals:
 
-  Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)
-  Private Networks & Private Multi-operator Networks
-  50-ohm connectors / coax / jumpers for In-building projects
-  Antennas for In-building and venue
-  Digital electricity 

Position Responsibilities:

    • Directly and through sales team represent JMA current and prospective enterprise and carrier customers and partners.  
    • Formulate the annual EAST sales plan including specific objectives for the region and products to emphasize.
    • Manage and exceed or reach the set business targets assigned to the EAST
    • Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
    • Ensures EAST Sales team is maintaining accurate sales forecasting
    • Collaborate with Product Development teams in the continued development and enhancement of new products and services to situate the company in a competitive position.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications on sales messaging and promotions.
    • Drive the process to identify and correct gaps in the customer experience, determine the key priorities for focused improvement of strategies, tactics, and best practices.
    • Define optimal sales force structure to meet business objectives.
    • Convey technical messages that leverage the company’s unique capabilities and satisfy customer needs
    • Prospect for and uncover new sales opportunities that align with company capabilities
    • Manage and assist your team in managing any national accounts that are HQ in your EAST region.
    • Develop a strong project pipeline for near, mid-term and long-term sales potential with key accounts and prospects

Position Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a relevant field.
    • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar sales management role.
    • Experience selling 4G and 5G DAS solutions required
    • Experience selling Private Network solutions a strong plus
    • Strong verbal and written English communications skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a demanding, results-driven environment
    • Work from home office when not traveling in the EAST
    • Up to 60% travel
