JMA is looking for a Global Product Marketing Director to join our team in the Syracuse, NY area.

Responsibilities include:
1.       Product positioning
 Communicates prod value to the market at large, coming up with new ways to reach and engage target audiences
·         Video around a product feature
·         NPI launch
·         Animation about current product
Lead on Product Brand
Create a deep market knowledge and competitor intelligence / and positioning against them
Develop product position material specific for vertical
2.       Communication
·         Work in tight collaboration with Marketing department to create content and messages about our Value proposition
·         Lead White Paper creation
·         Drive the PR creating from a Product perspective to assure consistency and drive partners ecosystem to join / generate more PRs with JMA
·         Manage a calendar scheduling the creation of each piece
·         Pro-actively work with Marketing on supporting Trade Show (in person and/or virtual)
·         Pro-actively work with Marketing on Brand creation/evolution
3.       Growth
Lead Sales enablement activities
Creates product position slides and material
Lead the on-boarding platform with Training dept
Train the sales force on how to sell the product
Develop customer portals and on-line tool around product
Support Key Customers meeting and presentation 

Position Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT or Product Design required; Masters’ degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications preferred
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a product marketing/manager
    • Ability to express complex technology in simple term and visual representation
    • Experience as a Product Marketing with a technical background in telecommunications or a related engineering field
    • Possess a rich blend analytical, creative, and strategic skills to create trust among stakeholder’s, external partners, and employees within the company
    • Capacity to manage multiple, competing priorities and talent to work in a fast-paced, high commitment environment
    • Availability to travel and act with special focus on specific customers within JMA Wireless’ global footprint
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations cross-functionally to large audiences
