We are looking for an Account Coordinator who will be in charge of the operational delivery success and growth of one of our Job&Talent Global Clients.
Role of an Account Coordinator:
- Managing & motivating the workforce
- Production of accurate daily MI and rota
- Holding return to work meetings
- Communicating efficiently with our client & line manager
As an Account Coordinator, you will need to have:
- Experience as a coordinator in a previous role, preferably in the staffing/recruitment agency industry
- Happy working on the shift pattern of 10:00-18:00 (any 5 out of 7 days)
- Strong communication skills, liaising with workforce & management
- People management/supervisory experience is essential
- Flexibility in hours to support the business and attend meetings / training if required
- Excellent PC skills, both web based & Excel
