We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior Commercial Counsel to join Job&Talent’s headquarters team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping our commercial legal strategy, ensuring our contracts are robust, aligned with business needs, and support our growth objectives.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of contract management, ensuring consistency in high-risk clauses, assisting in contract remediation efforts, and enabling the seamless assignment of receivables to our working capital SPV. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across the organization, providing legal expertise that directly impacts our operations in multiple markets.This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact in an innovative, fast-paced company.

What you'll be doing...
- Partner with the business to review and negotiate client contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and risk appetite
- Drive consistency in high-risk contractual clauses across agreements
- Assist in contract remediation efforts to enhance legal and operational compliance
- Ensure enforceability of contract terms, including assignments of receivables to our working capital SPV
- Conduct ongoing audits to ensure contracts remain valid, in force, and correctly extended or amended
- Enhance our legal frameworks by improving Job&Talent’s standard T&Cs and creating a contract negotiation playbook
- Leverage technology, working with Ironclad to streamline contract management
- Collaborate internationally with country managers and local counsel across multiple jurisdictions
You have...
- Law degree (Spain) with a strong foundation in commercial contract law
- 7+ years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in a top-tier law firm
- International exposure, with experience working across multiple jurisdictions
- Hands-on approach – you’re not afraid to dive into complex challenges and drive them to resolution
- Exceptional communication skills – you can distill complex legal issues into clear, actionable advice
- Strong attention to detail – ensuring legal accuracy and risk mitigation
- High ethical standards and professional integrity
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
