Job location: Atlanta, GA (Telecommuting from any location in the U.S. is an option for this

position)

Duties: Post positions on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Craigslist list, LinkedIn, and all other venues;

monitor responders, screen resumes and select candidates that may qualify for the role; schedule

and conduct interviews with detailed questions that align with the job descriptions via phone,

email, virtual, or in person; schedule meetings with internal hiring managers; use of trackers in

Excel, Google Sheets and other methods, to ensure accurate tracking of needs met, progress of

candidates, and outcomes; communicate concerns and status to VP Recruiting; Focus on

relationship building, engagement, and support of candidate and hiring manager needs;

collaborate with recruiting team and VP of Recruiting on all initiatives; participate in ongoing

huddles, meetings, and planning; maintain professionalism in follow up, interaction, and

communications with client and/or internal customers; maintain high level of efficiency and

production to meet the need of our clients; participate in the training of new hires within the

team; systems training with new staff across organization; and super user potential with JT

Product for new staff.

Requirements: 2 years of experience as a Recruiter, Disaster Services or Staffing Specialist.

Experience which may have been obtained concurrently must include 2 years of experience with

recruitment and management of personnel in disaster areas and recruitment tracking with Excel

and Google Sheets. EOE/40hrs. Salary: $44,699/year.
