Missions principales :
Gestion de la paie :
· Etablissement des paies à partir des TBRH
· Contrôle des paies
· Envoi des bulletins de paie
· Relations avec les salariés concernant les différentes questions de paie
· Commande des Tickets Restaurants
· Gestion des acomptes
· Gestion des virements ou des chèques de paies
· Etablissement des soldes de tout compte
Gestion globale du processus de facturation
· Emission des factures à partir des TBRH
· Edition des factures hebdomadaires et mensuelles
· Gestion des régularisations et des suivis des litiges
· Suivi et mise à jour du référentiel facturation
Relation back-office – front-office
· Est partie prenante de l’efficience des relations back-front dans le domaine paie-facturation
· Garantit un niveau de réponse qualitatif auprès de ses clients internes et externes
· Pilote, a minima, un point mensuel formalisé et documenté avec chacun des RG/RTT de son périmètre
· Participe aux réunions de secteur pour le périmètre qui le concerne
Profil :
Parcours : Bac+2/+3 en Gestionnaire de Paie / Ressources Humaines.
Savoir-Faire : Connaissances en matière de droit social. Législation sociale et contraintes légales en matière de rémunération.
Savoir-être : L'organisation, la rigueur et la discrétion sont des qualités indispensables pour s'épanouir dans ce métier. Respect des obligations de neutralité et de discrétion professionnelle pour le bon maintien du climat social.
