We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Data Privacy Specialist to join Job&Talent’s headquarters team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the development and implementation of our global privacy program, ensuring compliance with international data protection regulations while enabling the growth of our operations across multiple markets.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of our privacy operations—managing DSARs, maintaining ROPA, reviewing vendor compliance, and providing support during privacy reviews and audits. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to contract negotiations and driving privacy by design across our products and processes. Your expertise will help ensure that data privacy is seamlessly integrated into everything we do.

What you'll be doing...
- Manage and respond to Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) in line with applicable regulations
- Support the DPO in developing and maintaining a structured, scalable data privacy program, including monitoring responsibilities and compliance deliverables
- Assist with vendor risk management processes, including reviewing vendor assessments and conducting Third-Party Impact Assessments (TIAs)
- Support incident response efforts and communication with regulatory authorities in the event of data breaches
- Contribute to the day-to-day management of our privacy program, including documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking
- Operate and manage key privacy workflows using OneTrust
You have...
- Previous experience in a data privacy or compliance role
- Minimum 2 years of experience advising on or managing data protection queries and compliance processes
- Proficient in using OneTrust for privacy program management
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a proactive, “can-do” attitude
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Fluency in English and Spanish (C2 level)
Nice if you also have...
- Prior in-house experience within a high-growth technology company
- Previous experience in private practice (e.g. law firm or consultancy)
- Familiarity with data protection frameworks outside the EU/UK, especially in the United States
- Experience in data risk management and/or supporting privacy-related audits
- CIPP certification (EU and/or US preferred)
