The position
As a Recruitment Assistant, you will report directly to the Recruiting Manager and will be responsible for the recruitment and selection of different profiles for our most important clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage complete selection processes from the very first stage
- Publication of vacancies on various portals and websites
- Curriculum screening
- Telephone, face-to-face, video or group dynamic interviews
- Reporting and elaboration of feedback on each candidate and on the process in general
- Management of 2.0 recruitment sources
- Administrative functions associated with the position
A successful candidate will have
- Training in HR, Industrial Relations, Law, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology or similar
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
- Good command of Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Very good organisation and detail-orientation
- Commitment to the team and to Jobandtalent's objectives
- Proactivity, a lot of initiative and the ability to handle high workloads
- High level of Portuguese
