We’re hiring a Salesforce Product Owner to lead the evolution of our Sales Cloud environment at Job&Talent. You’ll own the Salesforce roadmap, manage a small internal team, and serve as the key link between Sales, Finance, Ops, and Dev. This is a strategic, cross-functional role combining product ownership, technical oversight, and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Salesforce roadmap, backlog, and release planning
- Translate business needs into user stories and platform requirements
- Prioritize initiatives across Sales, FP&A, RevOps, and Finance Ops
- Lead internal Salesforce developers and guide solution design
- Oversee integrations with ERP, CLM and other tools
- Improve sales processes, reporting, and automation
- Ensure platform scalability, user adoption, and data quality
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ in Sales Cloud product ownership
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, automation, APIs, and integrations
- Proven experience leading developers and managing platform backlogs
- Confident engaging with stakeholders and aligning business needs with technical execution
- Certifications Required: Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder or other technical certifications
- Fluent in English; experience in fast-paced, multi-country environments preferred
