The position:
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding London team, supporting our Account Manager in delivering exceptional service to our growing client portfolio. Working Hours: Monday-Friday // 09:00-18:00
Salary: £27,000
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Remote - occasional client visits will be required to N1 8EQ London
Role of a Recruitment Coordinator:
- Conduct pre-screening, assessment, and interviews for candidates across various essential work sectors
- Manage the complete candidate onboarding process, including right-to-work checks, references, and inductions
- Utilise our AI-powered recruitment tools to identify and match top-quality candidates to client requirements
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-vetted, reliable workers across multiple industries
- Deliver engaging group presentations and information sessions to potential candidates
- Client Account Support
- Support the Account Manager in servicing key account and maintaining exceptional client relationships
- Coordinate with client management teams to understand specific workforce requirements and preferences
- Ensure consistent achievement of our 98% fill rate standard across assigned accounts
- Manage shift bookings, worker deployments, and last-minute staffing requests
- Monitor and report on worker attendance, performance ratings, and client satisfaction metrics
- Technology & Data Management
- Leverage Job&Talent's proprietary platform for candidate tracking, shift management, and performance monitoring
- Maintain accurate database records and generate management information reports
- Utilise our gamified attendance system to improve worker retention and reduce absenteeism
- Support the implementation of new platform features and provide feedback on user experience
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure full compliance with recruitment regulations, audit standards, and company policies
- Handle worker queries, concerns, and feedback through our platform and direct communication channels
- Assist with basic payroll functions and timesheet verification
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will need to have:
- 2+ years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in temporary staffing or high-volume recruitment
- Strong understanding of the UK temporary work market and employment regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse candidate demographics
- Proficiency in google workplace tools and experience with recruitment databases
- Confident in delivering presentations to groups of 20+ candidates
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

- Previous experience in a client-facing role within staffing agencies
