We’re seeking a highly motivated Capital Markets Analyst to join our team at Job&Talent. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in supporting our fundraising efforts and capital markets activities—working closely with the Finance leadership team to secure the resources that fuel our growth. From day one, you’ll contribute to debt and equity financing processes, investor engagement, and the development of a capital structure that supports Job&Talent’s long-term strategy.
You’ll be responsible for building financial models, preparing fundraising and investor materials, and conducting market and peer analyses to guide decision-making. Whether you’re assessing funding alternatives, supporting negotiations with financial institutions, or tracking market trends, your work will directly impact Job&Talent’s ability to access capital and scale effectively in a global environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Support fundraising processes (equity, debt, structured financing) by preparing financial models, investor presentations, and due diligence materials.
- Monitor capital markets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that could impact Job&Talent’s financing strategy.
- Partner with senior leadership to evaluate capital allocation decisions and optimize the company’s capital structure.
- Conduct valuation analyses and scenario planning to guide strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Strategy, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between business needs and funding initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, banks, and advisors, supporting ongoing communication and reporting.
- Deliver insights that strengthen our financial resilience and enable Job&Talent to scale sustainably in global markets.
Who we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, capital markets, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Solid understanding of debt and equity capital markets, financing structures, and investor dynamics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing materials for senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A proactive, curious, and resilient mindset with a strong interest in technology, marketplaces, and scaling businesses.
- Fluency in English
