POSITION OVERVIEW:
-Create, drive and manage timelines across multiple work-streams within the agency
-Work closely with all departments to develop a fully integrated framework to establish a streamlined work-flow process
-Ensure each project is adequately resourced
-Effectively communicate information from A-Z to all parties involved
-Maintain effective, trusted and collaborative working relationships with all departments Maintain creative project status -documents
-Be the gatekeeper of all pertinent project info (timelines, deliverables, assets, etc.)
-Contribute to the culture and overall growth of the agency
-Care about what you do and who you work with
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a strong communicator, and organized Project Manager to join our growing Creative Services team
-3 – 5 years’ experience in Project Management or other like field
-Strong communication skills
-Ability and agility to multi-task across various groups and projects
-Possess a true team player mentality
In New York City, the base salary for this position may range from $70,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including experience, level of responsibility, qualifications, location, and business needs.
