The Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and high-performing Client Success Associate to join our growing team.

Reporting to the Director of Client Success, you will work closely with them to help Drop’s clients and support the Customer Success Manager(s) in operationalizing and delivering against their needs.

Specific examples of your work will include delivering sales support, executing sales operations, BD support, performance marketing campaigns and more. 

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who loves to collaborate, understand problems and own the solution. If you’re someone that thrives in ambiguity and understands building something from zero to one, this is for you.

What kind of challenges will the Client Success Associate be working on at Drop?

    • Support in project management, operationalizing deliverables and fulfilling the services that empower our clients to reach their goals. Specific examples of your work include delivering sales support, executing sales operations, BD support, performance marketing campaigns and more. 
    • Working cross functionally to champion the needs of clients/client success across the Drop organization, with the goal of improving Drop’s product offering/positioning to ultimately creating more value for clients.
    • Through proactive client education; increasing the likelihood that existing clients will subscribe to additional Drop services
    • Creating and maintaining sales materials, reporting, and other deliverables.

What you bring to the table:

    • High work ethic. Self-motivated and a self-starter. 
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing.
    • 1 year experience in a sales, account management, or sales operations role within a retail or high-tech organization (combination of an internship is acceptable).
    • Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
    • Experience with client management and sales analytics (ie. Sales Analyst).
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Overall understanding of key performance metrics such as ROI, sales funnel and engagement metrics.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
    • Adaptable and energized by new challenges.

Bonus points if you have:

    • Experience with the following products: Excel, Looker, SQL, HubSpot.
