Drop is looking for a Director of Growth to join our team. Reporting to the Sr Director of Brand and Growth, we are seeking a leader that will lead driving both organic user acquisition and strategy and lead paid user acquisition strategies for Drop. 
As part of our Marketing team, we’re looking for a unique User Acquisition Director to help lead scalable and efficient customer acquisition using paid and organic marketing channels. You will be an early hire that will help scale the user acquisition discipline at Drop. You’ll be well versed in innovation channels, growth hacking, 

What you'll do:

    • Lead and plan performance marketing campaigns strategy to efficiently scale growth across both paid and organic channels.
    • Work with User Acquisition Managers (UAMs) to structure campaigns targeting the right users on the right platforms, countries, and sources, to the deliver on acquisition KPIs
    • Develop and test advertising placements, value propositions, and copy in partnership with Drop’s in-house design team and a growing portfolio of partners
    • Identify and test new channels, new creative concepts, and proactively look for opportunities to scale growth and stay ahead of the competition.
    • Manage tracking and reporting of campaign and creative performance to uncover growth and optimization opportunities
    • Guide development of performance marketing dashboards and tools, and regularly report on performance metrics with a view to the competitive benchmarks 
    • Work with the product, brand, design, and growth teams on product launches, brand campaigns, and partner campaigns
    • Lead, coach, mentor a high-performing user acquisition and growth team
    • Collaborate with finance on invoice approval, investment forecasts, budgeting and cash flow projections based on performance marketing investments
    • Partner with Biz Ops to develop Lifetime Value metrics and set ROAS targets to meet target payback windows.
    • Provide insights internally on new developments and trends in mobile marketing and user acquisition, and help key stakeholders to think in the context of LTV and ROI

What you’ll bring to the table:

    • A minimum of 5+ years of work experience, with growth marketing and user acquisition experience or another data-driven and impact-oriented role at a high-growth tech company
    • Excitement about splitting your time between campaign management, creative, and analytics
    • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and an owner-mentality to this growth discipline
    • Evidence of delivering successful customer growth initiatives.
    • Ability to think strategically and problem solve in a fast-paced tech environment.
    • Experience working in a team and managing direct reports.
    • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities: you can pull your own data to answer your questions, and develop insights to take action from that data.
    • Experience writing SQL queries and proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau and Looker).
    • Familiarity with a wider variety of mobile advertising and marketing channels (i.e. paid ads, SEO, ASO, in-product, push, email) and concepts (attribution, LTV, CAC, return on investment, payback periods)
