The Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Director, Enterprise Sales to join our growing team! Reporting to the Sr. Director, Enterprise Sales, you will be working closely with teams across Marketing, Product, Business Development, and key business functions to drive results. 

You will be responsible for leveraging Drop’s unique purchase data and direct consumer relationship to drive growth and defend market share for Drop’s card-linked advertising partners. 

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is ready to learn and feels comfortable with consultative selling and challenging the status quo. You’ll demonstrate flawless execution and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets. You are familiar with the dynamic of consensus-based buying and exude confidence while addressing the needs, problems, and goals of multiple decision makers. With a pioneering mindset, you are comfortable navigating ambiguity and are flexible to adopt new systems, tools, and resources as you contribute to Drop’s rapid growth.

What challenges and opportunities will you be working on at Drop?

    • Convert qualified leads and secure new client direct advertising and agency partnerships.
    • Tailor Drop’s value proposition to individual client need; follow up on proposals and create a hassle-free buying experience for the client.
    • Manage and service active accounts. Manage campaigns pre-launch and during campaign, deliver post-campaign insights and analysis.
    • Consistently secure renewals and expose partners to new products/services that will have a positive impact on their business.
    • Establish long term partnerships and look for creative ways to develop a pipeline of new business.
    • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and the Data team to prepare for and launch new campaigns efficiently and effectively.

What you bring to the table

    • 5+ years of proven experience in media sales, performance and/or affiliate marketing, with card-linked marketing experience.
    • A results-driven individual with a proven track record of achieving and consistently exceeding sales quotas and goals.
    • You are a self-motivated and tenacious individual who can change a ‘no’ to a ‘yes’ and are all about driving results.
    • A strong analytical mindset, using tools like Excel or data platforms to create reports shouldn't scare you.
    • Strong presentation development skills (Powerpoint, Keynote).Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to respond to rapid change, perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency.
    • Good listener - Ability to understand client needs, create relevant solutions, set proper expectations and communicate important details.
