The Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and high-performing Senior Manager, Client Success, to join our growing team.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue, you will work closely with Drop’s largest clients to deliver against their needs. Specific examples of your responsibilities include account management, project management and sales enablement. This Sr Manager will also have the exciting responsibility of managing Drop’s largest Client Success team; Performance Marketing.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who loves to collaborate, understand problems and own the solution. If you’re someone that thrives in ambiguity and understands building something from zero to one, this is for you.

What kind of challenges will the Senior Client Success Manager be working on at Drop?

    • Project management, operationalizing deliverables and fulfilling the services that empower our clients to reach their goals. Specific examples of your work include optimizing partner campaign strategy, client relationship management and reporting.
    • Working cross-functionally to champion the needs of clients across the Drop organization, with the goal of improving Drop’s product offering in order to ultimately create more value for clients.
    • Coaching and motivating your team to exceed expectations both internally (cross-functionally) and externally with partners.
    • Maintaining a strong relationship with your portfolio of clients, soliciting their feedback and working to ensure they’re satisfied with the services provided.
    • Through proactive client education; Increasing the likelihood that existing clients will purchase additional Drop services.
    • Helping Sales during their most technical pitches and advising them on the optimal sales strategy.
    • Supporting Sales to create and maintain optimal sales materials, post-sale reporting and other deliverables.

What you bring to the table

    • 3+ years experience in sales, account management or consulting.
    • High work ethic. Self-motivated and a self-starter.
    • Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
    • Experience with client management and sales analytics (ie. Sales Analyst).Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Overall understanding of key performance metrics such as ROI, ROAS, sales funnel and engagement metrics.
    • Quick learner and tech-savvy. Comfortable learning new technology quickly.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
    • Adaptable and energized by new challenges.

Bonus points

    • A performance marketing, digital marketing or affiliate marketing background
    • Experience account managing/selling to Fortune 500 brands  
    • Experience working with SQL, Looker, Excel
