The Social Media Manager & Copy Writer will work closely with the Brand Director to create consistent, engaging content across Drop’s social media and email marketing platforms. The successful candidate is comfortable working collaboratively as well as independently to communicate Drop’s brand pillars and deliver on our mission to inspire individuals to live their optimal lives by empowering them financially.

The Role/What you will be working on at Drop:

    • Innovating @JoinDrop channels to be both engaging and informative 
    • Communicating complex ideas into easily digestible content for users
    • Creating shareable content across multiple platforms
    • Expanding social media presence to platforms that align with the Drop brand
    • Crafting engaging, persuasive copy across all @JoinDrop channels

Key Deliverables for the Role

    • Content marketing (blogs, video content)
    • Email marketing content
    • Social media content
    • Grow social media presence by increasing content marketing as a whole and increasing the scope of communication on a weekly basis
    • Increase scope of social media platforms (i.e. expand our presence to new platforms that Drop can capitalize on, TikTok, Clubhouse, etc.)

What you bring to the table

    • A strong passion for the Drop brand
    • 1-3 years experience crafting social media content calendar around business objectives
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Comfortable owning social media pillars
    • Able to be coached, and receive constructive feedback
    • You are a Team player
    • Able to craft persuasive copy in a timely manner on the pulse of cultural trends
    • Able to produce engaging social media content end to end (copy-writing, video/photo editing)
