The Care Solutions team coordinates all of Honor's communication between Clients and Care Professionals to ensure that a high quality care solution is provided to all clients, 24 hours a day, 7 days week! Associates are responsible for problem solving issues and performing a variety of tasks to ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly and safely.


    • Managing caregiver schedules, performance and quality
    • Managing day-to-day operations around caregiver logistics
    • Triaging caregiver concerns and escalation calls
    • Communicating with Care Team regarding client needs and requests
    • Providing tech support to caregivers
    • Assisting with caregiver onboarding and success on platform
    • Managing HR-related matters around attendance, performance and payroll

Skills & Experience

    • Ability to solve complex problems/situations using creative thinking
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrated excellence in problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong time management skills
    • Tech savviness and experience with email and texting
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Team player with initiative and enthusiasm
