Honor is looking for a dedicated and energetic Care Pro Trainer/Recruiting Coordinator. This person will work with our Honor Care Team to train our Care Pros, who are the heart and soul of our company. This trainer will manage all bay area orientations and training, ensuring we maintain quality while preparing our Care Pros for success on our platform. In addition, this role will own engaging our new Care Pros with in their first 30 days with honor, and work with our care teams to address any areas for improvement. This position will also support the recruiting team screening our applicants and work on special projects to help improve the overall on boarding experience.


Responsibilities

    • Provide training/orientation to new on-boarded Care Pros as well as existing Care Pros
    • Promote the value and mission of Honor to candidates, with the goal of attracting the best talent to Honor
    • Communicate with new Care Pros after orientation and address areas of improvement with the Care org
    • Collaborate with training and recruiting teams as part of our ongoing process improvement initiatives
    • Actively follow up and pursue qualified candidates and screen candidates as part of our recruiting processes
    • Provide feedback to improve the hiring process to shorten the time to hire, increase the number of qualified applicants who accept their offer from Honor, and maintain a high standard of quality

Skills & Experience

    • 2-4 years training experience preferred
    • CNA, LVN, HHA or healthcare profession experience required
    • The ability to manage a high volume of applicants and to identify exceptional Care Pros
    • Exceptional attention to detail and loves to solve problems
    • Excellent communication and listening skills
    • Confidence and creative problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Travel between Bay Area locations in East Bay, SF and San Jose is required
    • Open to travel to other Honor markets
