Responsibilities

    • Managing client schedule requests
    • Tracking client care plans
    • Coordinating with care team regarding client needs and requests
    • Maintaining regular communication with clients and related parties
    • Managing client concerns and service issues
    • Supporting clients with tech/account management

    • Technical proficiency and ability to answer technical questions
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Prior customer service and/or sales experience a plus
