The Care Solutions team coordinates all of Honor's communication between Clients and Care Professionals to ensure that a high quality care solution is provided to all clients, 24 hours a day, 7 days week! The Coordinator is responsible for answering phones, carrying out administrative tasks and working with their team to provide amazing support to both clients and care professionals.

Responsibilities

    • Managing client schedule requests
    • Tracking client care plans
    • Coordinating with care team regarding client needs and requests
    • Maintaining regular communication with clients and related parties
    • Managing client concerns and service issues
    • Supporting clients with tech/account management

    • Strong commitment to providing the highest quality care and customer service
    • Excellent communication and listening skills
    • Exceptional phone etiquette
    • Sensitivity to client needs and patience and compassion in dealing with them
    • Positive and can-do attitude
    • Confidence and creative problem-solving skills
    • Technical proficiency and ability to answer technical questions
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Prior customer service and/or sales experience a plus
