The Head of Supply Growth - Caregivers will develop and manage the overall supply acquisition strategy and corresponding tactics for the caregivers who are the heart and soul of Honor. This leader will ensure that the company has access to and is acquiring the best caregiving talent for the expanding business. The Head of Growth, Supply will lead a dedicated team and knock down barriers to attract and retain top-tier caregiving talent.


    • Develop and implement strategies to find and attract the best caregiving talent, including creation of innovative programs and incentives that differentiate Honor from its competitors
    • Find and/or create new channels
    • Scale operations while maintaining high quality
    • Profile ideal candidates who will best represent the quality and care of service sent to the homes of seniors, and create the program to target the population
    • Create new referral and incentive programs to spur growth in supply
    • Optimize caregiver onboarding flows, using data and metrics to support operational improvements
    • Manage, grow, and motivate a team dedicated to the recruitment of the most important folks at Honor - the caregivers who are the face of Honor
    • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines, working closely with Operations and Sales to anticipate specific hiring needs
    • Partner with senior management to develop a strategy for current and future needs which will include hiring strategies, compensation plans, and new market planning
    • Provide consistent results in a metrics-driven, high-performance culture

Skills & Experience

    • 7+ years of operations, consulting, and/or leadership experience
    • A superlative track record of operational management at high-growth companies
    • Ability to plan and execute on both strategic and tactical level
    • Proven capabilities as a manager and a great developer of talent
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering high-quality and consistent metrics to leadership
