About the Role:
You will be filling a critical and strategic role on Papa’s Information Security team. Your part will be to lead the strategic and technical-related tasks for our security-focused platforms. You will also interact with other personnel and teams to uphold Information Security best practices and standards. To be successful, you must be organized and resourceful, possess knowledge and experience in security frameworks, have good problem-solving skills, have high-level interpersonal skills, and be detail-oriented

Core Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain the organization's information security strategy and architecture.
- Technical lead for all of the organization’s IT security projects.
- Identify potential security weaknesses and design, discuss, and implement mitigation solutions.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure security is integrated into all systems, processes, and infrastructure.
- Stay current with the latest security trends and technologies to recommend improvements and upgrades to security systems.
- Assist in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to teams to ensure secure deployment and operation of systems.
- Lead incident response and investigation activities in case of a security breach or security incident.
- Lead Papa’s IT security training and awareness programs.
Requirements:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in information security.
- Have more than five years of experience developing and architecting cloud and network security.
- Have a strong knowledge of security frameworks, including NIST, HIPAA & SOC2.
- Have more than seven years of experience with security tools such as firewalls, antimalware, data loss prevention platforms, and vulnerability management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Have a proven practice for being detail-oriented.
- Participate in other departmental initiatives and projects.
