Topography Health is seeking an AI Technical Product Manager with a passion for driving innovation in clinical research and patient care. In this role, you will work as part of cross-functional teams in designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven initiatives that streamline our clinical trial operations. Working closely with engineering, business development, and clinical operations, you will scope projects to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency, oversee their development, and integrate them into existing workflows - all while maintaining regulatory compliance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Scope, plan, and manage product development initiatives from inception to deployment, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Work hand in hand with co-founders and senior management to identify priorities across the organization.
Identify where to leverage AI to improve the project lifecycle: requirements gathering, feasibility analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation.
Oversee the adoption of AI technology across Topo’s product development and clinical operations stacks.
Engage with clinical and technical stakeholders to understand needs, define milestones, and ensure timely project execution.
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, iterative feedback, and constant collaboration with our clinical stakeholders.
Track and report on key project metrics to leadership team. Incorporate feedback into future roadmaps.
Lead vendor selection and onboarding process for new tools for engineering and data science teams.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure the AI solutions are robust, secure, and meet regulatory guidelines for clinical data.
Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA regulations, and data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA) for AI-driven solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in technical product management, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML
initiatives.

Previous experience in a start up environment
