Topography Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Manager of Operations to drive internal performance enhancements.  In this pivotal role, you will interact closely with cross-functional teams—including Clinical Operations, Implementation, Quality, Regulatory, and Business Development—to ensure the successful execution of clinical studies. Your ability to build scaled systems, measure outcomes,  and constantly iterate with updated information will be essential in advancing research adoption and achieving our organizational goals in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Director of Physician Partnerships, you will serve as a key internal stakeholder constantly thinking about systems stability across all functions of research. From patient recruitment and technology adoption, to revenue cycle management operations, you are driven by a passion for optimizing are processes to enhance and build a thriving research network. Familiarity with new technologies and operational launches in the healthcare or clinical research sector is essential. Additionally, your organization and attention to detail will ensure seamless coordination and execution across all projects and internal stakeholders. 

 

Partner with Clinical Operations to build scaled, measurable systems for functions across the life cycle of research. 

Identify opportunities to simplify the processes through optimization and automation

Become an expert in clinical research to effectively support Topo’s growing research partners in their programs. 

Measure and further define metrics to evaluate key performance goals and promote effective and efficient trial management

Partner with engagement and clinical teams to translate the voice of the customer internally, working cross-functionally to achieve desired outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Design, implement, and document innovative strategies to drive sustainable and scalable processes, including collaborating with Product teams on new technology 

Exhibit attention to detail and hyper-organization in all aspects of the role, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of responsibilities.

3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry 

Ability to travel up to 25%
