About the job
The partnerships team at Joyn aims to increase our reach by making the Joyn experience available on additional third party platforms. As part of the partnerships team, your first project will consist in owning the delivery and logistics of our relationship with Deutsche Bahn AG. You will be working very closely with the product and engineering teams as well as 3rd party teams to make sure the service is available to all Deutsche Bahn AG users. Your role is also a data-driven role that involves monitoring dashboards, understanding the meaning of metrics and creating efficient processes that will improve desired outcomes. You will also be working with the engineering team in improving all tools related to logistics and delivery.

What would you do

    • Management of the delivery and logistic process for our strategic partnership with the Deutsche Bahn AG
    • Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations between several stakeholders
    • Manage the deployment, the burning and the delivery of hard drives for the ICE Trains
    • Ensure that the correct content and software is delivered from other teams
    • Monitor the delivery of the SSDs in our Dashboard and ensure the correct delivery of each release
    • Coordinate the replacement of any defective SSD and troubleshoot problems according to the delivery of the SSDs in coordination with IT and the Deutsche Bahn AG delivery teams
    • Utilizing logistic IT to optimize shipping and transport procedures

What we´re asking

    • 2+ years of equivalent practical experience
    • Experience with logistic and content management
    • Excellent coordination and organization skills
    • Experience and enthusiasm for IT / Entertainment platform topics
    • High performance and readiness paired with structured operation
    • Team player with a high level of initiative, motivation and resilience
    • Business fluent English and excellent German skills in written and speaking
    • Good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
