The Recruiting Team plays a critical role in realizing this vision, responsible for attracting talented and mission-driven individuals to propel Juicero forward.
As the Sourcer/Analyst, you’ll become an expert on Juicero, the teams you support, and the wonderful world of talent, functioning as equal parts analyst, researcher, and essayist (or email marketer). Our ideal candidate will be driven, organized, friendly, and analytical. With these traits, you’ll be a force multiplier for recruiters and have a profound impact on procuring the single most important ingredient at Juicero – its people!

The Work:
- Research target companies and audiences to generate candidates for open positions.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build robust pipelines of passive talent that lead to high quality, timely hiring.
- Develop deep understanding of Juicero’s business, hiring needs, and employee value proposition, using your domain knowledge and powers of persuasion to reach target audiences.
- Help build Juicero Recruiting from the ground up, contributing to adhoc projects, developing best practices, and rolling out strategic initiatives.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience.
The Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience in sourcing, research, or related analytical field.
- Knack for picking things up quickly, such as understanding organizational structures, abstract concepts, and/or technology.
- Superb written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
