Juicero is looking for an Operations Manager who will manage and continuously improve Juicero’s Press and Pack warehousing operations. You will manage functions such as inspection, supplier quality assurance, warehouse inventory control, and forward & reverse logistics. Our ideal candidate has experience with hardware quality control, inventory control of hardware in a fulfillment warehouse, and/or lab testing of food-based products.

The Work:
- Develop and administer the operational procedures for dispositioning incoming shipments of presses and packs from suppliers
- Manage receiving inspection process, generate quality alerts, and make sure all deliveries meet Juicero high standards for workmanship, customer safety and traceability
- Manage inventory of presses and packs in warehouse and any 3rd party storage locations. Ensure that the inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment is adequate to meet current and foreseeable requirements
- Work collaboratively with the engineering team to sample inventory for known issues and coordinate the data gathering for areas of concern
- Oversee logistics with international carriers, seeking to reduce costs for our inbound materials while maintaining on-time delivery standards
- Participate in fulfillment process for presses, and examine opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate RMA process (reverse logistics) with equipment manufacturers and pack suppliers
- Work with the finance team and suppliers on pack demand planning, staging materials, order triggering and issuing PO’s
The Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a relevant field, such as fulfillment center/warehouse operations
- Experience supervising or managing non-exempt staff
- Experience working in a food production environment is beneficial
- An eye for identifying and resolving quality issues in ways that do not disrupt supply chain
- Project management, people management and continuous improvement skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to communicate ideas clearly
- Multi-tasker, self-starter
